 I recommend Chet Davis' Foolproof Volume 3 on the Media Manager.  It unlocks quite a powerful program...   although this set is many hours long, it has 16 quick tips videos (each about 2 to 3 minutes long).  These cover the most important functions for those who want their info quick (like me).  Everything Chet does is excellent, but this tutorial is my favorite!  A real light bulb lighter.
